A note on “looks”
Most photographers count looks by outfit — a new shirt, a different lip color. For me, a look is a different lighting setup. That distinction matters.
Before we shoot, I like to talk through which lighting directions we want to explore. That way I can move through setups efficiently, and you get the most out of your session.
So the session duration is the container. Lighting setups are what I’m counting as “looks.” Everything else — outfits, hair, makeup changes — you can do as much of it as you like inside each setup. It’s your time — we’ll discuss how best to use it to get you the results you’re after.
