I have been a photographer for fifteen years; always focused on capturing honest images of people.

It is a pleasure to photograph people and I will never treat it like a transaction.   Making the switch six years ago from film – and long hours in the darkroom, to digital – and more time spent with each subject – has been wonderful.   Creating wonderful images entreats conversation and I treasure each opportunity.

THE SPACE

I shoot in my home in the Hollywood Hills; indoor and outdoor spaces. Editorial sessions are done almost entirely in my garage that has earned the nickname THE SHOP! I’ve long abandoned the model of stacking appointments in a studio space for it’s lack of warmth. It’s always a funny bit of conversation – but its a comfortable place to be still, where I can shape the light, and we will make beautiful images.
